Off to Vampire Alley East
I’m headed to Northern Virginia with a couple of my buddies to tour the crazy data center buildout we’ve all been hearing so much about. I’m sure you read or seen something about the place — some are calling it Data Center Alley. It’s situated in a corporate-suburban corridor just a short drive from the CIA and the Pentagon and right in the middle of all the privatized-outsourced police state corporate entities that form the core of what’s colloquially known as The Blob. I guess it’s not too much of a surprise that the densest internet data center cluster in the known universe—housing the warehouses-sized computers that power Amazon, Google, Facebook, Claude, and serve you HBO shows like The Pitt, and all the rest—sits right in the middle of a military-corporate bureaucracy that’s trying to control and run the entire planet…and that this data center alley sits in the wealthiest county in the entire United States of America surrounded by Lockheed Martins. Of course it makes sense. Let’s call it Vampire Alley East.
If you or anyone you know has any special info or knowledge about this place that you’d like to share, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Will have more info soon. Have a great weekend.

PS: Thank you to everyone who has generously contributed to my Vampire Valley doc series. It’s the only way I can fund these missions and afford the sophisticated terranean and aerial surveillance equipment that’s required for these sorts of things…
PPS: For your viewing pleasure, here is a short drive showing Northern Virginia’s data center that a reader of this humble newsletter shot. Hard to tell where the bland suburban corporate office ends and the corporate data police state harvester machine begins…

What is this gonna do to your social credit score?!
