Talking about ***** in Canada
I was on Katie Halper’s show last night — along with Mark Ames and Lev Golinkin —to talk about NaziGate, a scandal I mentioned in my last letter: the provincial geniuses in Canada’s parliament thought it was a great idea to trot out a proud veteran of the 14th Waffen Grenadier Division of the SS — an official fighting force in Nazi Germany made up ethnic Ukrainians — during Volodymyr Zelensky’s visit and to give the old Nazi pensioner a standing ovation. It was surreal…like a Mel Brooks bit.
I found our heavily Jewish panel discussion very informative, and I know this history more than most people. Lev in particular has been doggedly pursuing this story. His reporting of Ivan Katchanovski’s find was what helped make it an international scandal.
