As far as accessing the book itself, to read, I didn't see a link in the article but I could have missed it. In any case, you can always install Mozilla Firefox and the Z-Library plugin to get a copy for free (I doubt anyone really suffers financially in this case, the book being almost 100 years old) or go to Anna's Archive. I may try to squeeze it into my usual reading slate.

Got it on ebay. I had this book twenty years ago but I don't remember pictures must have been a different translation.
